Reports will not be considered late when they are filed the next business day following an unplanned outage of 15 minutes or more, or a scheduled outage of 30 minutes or more between 11 p.m and 5 a.m. See WAC 390-19-045.

Users of Secure Access Washington (SAW), which facilitates secure access to the PDC's online filing systems, reported intermittent errors beginning at 8:24 a.m. on April 2. The outage was resolved by 12:25 p.m.
Starting at about 1:45 p.m. on Friday, Jan. 30, Secure Access Washington (SAW) began experienced intermittent outages for about an hour. The issue has been resolved.
Secure Access Washington (SAW), which facilitates access to the Public Disclosure Commission’s online filing systems, will be unavailable from 8 p.m. to 10:30 p.m. Tuesday, Dec. 16 for scheduled maintenance.
PDC filers will be unable to access filing systems during that time.

The PDC's lobbyist filing system experienced a brief outage. The issue has been resolved.

On Jan. 21, between 5:30 a.m. and 6:30 a.m., Secure Access Washington (SAW) will be down for scheduled maintenance.
SAW provides single sign-on logins for the PDC's online filing systems. During that hour, users will not be able to log in to those online applications.
