System outages that may prevent you from submitting PDC reports are logged here.

Reports will not be considered late when they are filed the next business day following an unplanned outage of 15 minutes or more, or a scheduled outage of 30 minutes or more between 11 p.m and 5 a.m. See WAC 390-19-045.

Filing system outage - -

The PDC’s online filing system for public agency lobbying reports (L-5) experienced a brief outage. The issue was resolved at 10:45 a.m. April 29. 

Secure Access Washington outage  -

Users of Secure Access Washington (SAW), which facilitates secure access to the PDC's online filing systems, reported intermittent errors beginning at 8:24 a.m. on April 2. The outage was resolved by 12:25 p.m. 

Secure Access Washington outage  - -

Starting at about 1:45 p.m. on Friday, Jan. 30, Secure Access Washington (SAW) began experienced intermittent outages for about an hour. The issue has been resolved. 

Secure Access Washington outage  - -

Secure Access Washington (SAW), which facilitates access to the Public Disclosure Commission’s online filing systems, will be unavailable from 8 p.m. to 10:30 p.m. Tuesday, Dec. 16 for scheduled maintenance.  

PDC filers will be unable to access filing systems during that time.

Secure Access Washington outage  - -

Secure Access Washington (SAW), which facilitates access to the Public Disclosure Commission’s online filing systems, will be unavailable from 8 p.m. to 9 p.m. Dec. 9 for scheduled maintenance.  

PDC filers will be unable to access filing systems during that time.

The PDC's filing systems will be unavailable for 30 minutes, between 6:30 a.m. and 7 a.m. on Aug. 6, for routine maintenance.

Filing system outage - -

The PDC's filing systems will experience an outage while undergoing regular maintenance between 6:30 a.m. and 8:30 a.m. on Wednesday, July 23. 

Secure Access Washington (SAW) outage - -

There is a Secure Access Washington (SAW) outage scheduled for 6 a.m. to 7 a.m. on July 15. During that time, filers will not be able to access the PDC's online filing systems.

The PDC's lobbyist filing system experienced a brief outage. The issue has been resolved.
